In BM Enterprises, we produce dense refractory fire bricks that utilise specially selected alumina, silica, and other first-rate refractory material resources. Our fire bricks offer impressive compressive strength, minimal thermal conductivity, and outstanding resistance to spalling, rendering them suitable for use within several sectors, including steel mills, cement factories, glass furnaces, ceramic factories, electricity generators, and metal casting works. Our refractory fire bricks offer accurate measurement and polished surface finish, thus facilitating effortless assembly and maintaining optimal performance in prolonged periods of high temperatures.
Our fire bricks come in various grades and specifications to cater to varying industrial thermal demands. The average alumina composition lies in the range of 30% to 80%, whereas the maximum working temperature stands at 1,200°C to 1,750°C, based on the grade you choose. These refractory fire bricks have a bulk density that varies between 1.9 g/cm³ and 2.6 g/cm³, cold crushing strength of 200 kg/cm² to 400 kg/cm², and porosity of 18% to 24%, hence allowing effective heat retention and mechanical toughness. The standard measurement is normally 230 mm x 114 mm x 76 mm, while custom-made brick sizes are also available.
